About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Arrange faulty-unit shipments from warehouses to manufacturers and provide complete shipment advice
Coordinate warehouses, logistics providers and manufacturers for timely movement and customs clearance
Resolve short, partial, missing, damaged or delayed shipment cases
Monitor stock availability, faulty inventory, pending actions and ageing exceptions
Monitor repair status, manufacturer reports, ageing units and repair turnaround time
Arrange return shipments of repaired units and provide arrival information to receiving warehouses
Support customs clearance and resolve shipment discrepancies
Reconcile manufacturer-held stock against internal repair and inventory records
Maintain shipment, repair, inventory and import/export documentation
Prepare KPI and management reports
Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain operational trackers
Support supplier, repair, freight and operational invoice review and submission
Manage enquiries with warehouses, manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams
Escalate delays, inventory discrepancies and clearance issues
Analyze recurring issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Follow up on overdue actions through closure
Use Power BI, Power Query, SQL, advanced Excel and Power Automate for analysis, dashboards, reconciliation and automated reporting
Use approved AI tools to identify trends and exceptions, summarize data, support root-cause analysis and simplify repetitive work

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of supply-chain experience preferred
Knowledge of logistics, warehouse, repair/RMA, inventory and operational analytics
Understanding of international shipping, import/export documentation and customs clearance
Strong data analysis, reconciliation, MIS and management reporting capability
Skills in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, advanced Excel and Power Automate
Ability to use Generative AI and automation responsibly for analysis, reporting and process improvement
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Full-time MBA from a reputed business school
International business/trade exposure preferred
Legal authorization to work in India without requiring employer sponsorship
