About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver professional development programs for district partners nationwide
- Customize professional development sessions to district goals, subjects, and rollout stage
- Build the professional development program, including session catalog, resources, delivery standards, and paid engagements
- Run onboarding for newly licensed schools, including teacher training, LMS setup, rostering, and launch support
- Provide core lifecycle support for accounts
- Co-execute activations, camps, mobile studio deployments, and the SoCal Beat Battle
- Support setup, facilitation, and teardown for on-the-ground events
- Support delivery and documentation of a corporate-funded career readiness initiative
- Manage rosters, attendance, and outcome evidence
- Help account executives adopt the engagement playbook
- Identify growth opportunities and work with territory managers on seat expansion
- Track delivery, usage, and follow-ups, and flag at-risk accounts early
- Conduct virtual training, school-site visits, and hands-on event days
Requirements
What you’ll need- Former classroom teacher
- Music, arts, or CTE experience preferred
- Deep comfort with audio technology, including DAWs, audio production, beat-making, and podcasting
- Existing network of school-site and district relationships
- Experience designing and delivering professional development for school districts
- Skilled and engaging presenter with strong communication skills, both virtual and in person
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including some evenings and weekends when needed
- Comfortable with the physical demands of events
- Familiarity with LMS and rostering ecosystems such as Schoology, Canvas, Google Classroom, Clever, and ClassLink is nice to have
- Knowledge of VAPA and Arts, Media and Entertainment CTE pathways is nice to have
- Event production experience is nice to have
- Basic CRM hygiene is nice to have
