About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming APIs, excipients, packaging components, and supplies for accuracy and quality
- Label, quarantine, and document materials according to GMP and facility SOPs
- Coordinate material movement between warehouse suites 100, 200, and 300 while maintaining chain of custody and documentation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through timely system updates and reconciliation
- Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory Control to ensure efficient material flow to production
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas and cleanliness
- Maintain receiving and material records to support compliance during audits
- Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment
- Occasionally assist with outdoor deliveries or shipment loading and unloading
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or materials coordination experience, preferably in a GMP, 503A/503B, or pharmaceutical setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems; training available
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors as needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting
- Ability to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
