About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies and priorities
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, including predictive sensing, condition monitoring, process, competency and maintenance improvements
  • Run governance activities, including steering groups, action tracking, RAID management and leadership reviews
  • Produce performance and transformation reporting for senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Identify emerging risks, challenge assumptions and develop practical solutions to maintain delivery momentum
  • Work with operational, engineering and business teams to align activities and deliver agreed outcomes
  • Champion employee engagement by gathering feedback, identifying themes and representing colleague voices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance function
  • Report directly to the Head of Maintenance & Standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting complex transformation, change or business improvement programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and supporting key decision-making
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and reporting processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends and ask the right questions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists and senior leaders
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
  • Experience in utilities, engineering, maintenance, asset management or operational environments advantageous but not essential
