About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute training programs at the operational level
  • Execute training plans and provide feedback for improvement
  • Customize and localize training materials for specific roles or departments
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training
  • Deliver onboarding, safety, and job-specific training to hourly team members
  • Mentor others and potentially lead projects
  • Drive change communication and training rollout during change initiatives
  • Partner with supervisors and frontline employees to identify training gaps
  • Maintain training records and ensure local documentation is current
  • Collect feedback and report on training, participation, and comprehension
  • Support corporate training strategies and promote continuous learning and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Specialized Degree: Education, or business-related field
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Experience in Training or operations in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, Training, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement, or Organization Operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to develop skills in facilitation, LMS management, and instructional design
  • Proficiency in instructional design
  • Learning Management Systems knowledge
  • Train-the-trainer skills
  • Training and development needs assessment
  • Training records management
  • Ability to work various shifts
  • Ability to work in extreme heat/cold, at heights/elevated platforms, and in loud noise
  • Ability to use a computer/keyboard
  • Safety glasses and safety shoes required
