About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise customers in the automotive industry on Industrial AI use cases, IT architecture, and data-driven applications
- Drive use cases related to quality, CO₂ footprint, and Demand & Capacity Management with leading companies
- Support customers as a technical point of contact throughout the sales process—from initial discussions through onboarding
- Guide customers end to end through technical onboarding and integration projects
- Analyze customer pain points and translate them into practical solutions
- Convince customers and drive adoption from the initial presentation through daily use
- Contribute to data space initiatives such as Catena-X and help transform collaboration across the automotive industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in business informatics, service informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Broad practical experience in IT and/or consulting, such as management consulting or IT in an industrial environment
- Strong technical understanding with a focus on IT architecture
- Basic coding skills and technical expertise in integrations or cloud technologies
- Experience working with industrial companies and software developers
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in German and English
- Strong ability to work in a structured manner and manage diverse topics and stakeholders
- Strong customer focus and experience in project management
- Motivation to help shape a young company and take ownership of results
