About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for Sales
  • Partner with the Events team to drive booth traffic, capture and follow up on leads, and measure event performance
  • Build and execute webinar marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SDR outreach, social, and other channels
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content on messaging and creative assets
  • Coordinate post-webinar follow-up and SDR handoff
  • Analyze and improve webinar registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, content syndication, and other paid campaigns
  • Manage paid media budgets, audience targeting, and ongoing performance
  • Develop nurture strategies and implement HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and automation with Marketing Operations
  • Create audience segments using behavior, lifecycle stage, firmographics, and buying intent
  • Monitor and report on lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics
  • Design and execute A/B tests across messaging, audiences, channels, landing pages, and creative
  • Explore new channels, AI capabilities, and technologies to improve performance
  • Test opportunities to improve brand visibility across search, AI-powered discovery platforms, social media, and online communities
  • Become a trusted source of campaign judgment across the Buyer, Supplier, and Planning businesses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform; HubSpot preferred
  • Experience supporting webinars, conferences, and event-based campaigns
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or procurement
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear and precise written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, campaign optimization, and workflow automation
  • Authorization to work in the United States; work visa or transfer sponsorship is not available
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and familiarity with GEO
  • Account-based marketing experience
  • Direct experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Salesforce experience and familiarity with Salesforce reporting
