About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the future of Professional Services across implementation, expansions and post-go-live services for Maintenance, Asset, Workplace and Energy
- Lead through Team Leads and own delivery quality, customer outcomes and financial performance
- Build a multi-product, multi-region delivery model combining local presence and language capabilities with shared product expertise
- Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to strengthen knowledge sharing and cross-training
- Align sales and delivery on pipeline, staffing capacity planning and delivery capability by region and product
- Review project scope and Statements of Work before contract signature
- Own partner enablement, certification and delivery quality with the Alliances & Partner Recruitment Director
- Focus internal Professional Services teams on architecture, complex and strategic accounts, governance and quality assurance
- Establish consistent implementation methodologies, standardised Statements of Work Breakdown Structures, change-request processes and quality gates
- Oversee project performance and escalations, engaging directly with customers on strategic or escalated projects
- Develop fixed-scope offerings with Product Management to reduce bespoke work and accelerate customer time-to-value
- Establish governance for customer-specific requirements and feed implementation insights into product development
- Define handovers across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support and partners
- Coach Team Leads, build career paths and define competency and skills profiles
- Create continuous learning opportunities and strengthen project-management capabilities
- Lead adoption of Professional Services Automation tooling and AI to improve planning, productivity and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 10 years of experience in Professional Services within B2B enterprise SaaS
- At least 5 years leading a multi-team Professional Services organisation
- Proven track record of building or transforming a Professional Services organisation across multiple products and/or countries
- Demonstrable experience launching and scaling a partner/SI delivery ecosystem, including training and certification
- Strong command of Professional Services economics, including utilisation, margin, revenue recognition, fixed-price versus time-and-materials (T&M) delivery, and the services-to-subscription revenue ratio
- Experience with structured delivery methodologies (SoW, WBS, stage gates and PMO), preferably supported by PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or a comparable certification
- Experience in IWMS, CAFM/CMMS, EAM, workplace or energy management software is a strong plus
- Experience growing delivery capacity in new countries/regions step by step, balancing local presence with central expertise
- International leadership experience across Benelux, DACH and/or other European markets
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in Dutch and/or German is a strong plus
- A master’s degree in business, engineering or IT, or equivalent experience
