About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruitment for Mobile apps roles, including motion designer, marketing manager, and user acquisition roles
- Own full-cycle recruitment for AdTech and MarTech roles, including business development, developer, and marketing roles
- Support recruitment for administrative roles across finance, HR, legal, business operations, system administration, and design
- Build strong candidate pipelines and manage outreach
- Keep recruitment processes smooth and human
- Shape role profiles and provide market insights to hiring managers
- Act as an ambassador of Spalah culture and ensure candidates are a strong fit
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong track record in closing both business and technical roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- English - B1+
