Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of transactions
Perform account reconciliations and monitor balances
Support monthly and year-end closing activities
Prepare accounting schedules and financial reporting
Handle operational accounting matters and resolve accounting-related issues
Support statutory reporting and external audits
Work closely with internal teams and external partners
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with operational accounting and month-end closing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good command of English
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
A proactive, hands-on and business-oriented approach
