About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own workflow optimization across Spark by mapping work, quantifying time loss, and redesigning processes with AI and automation
  • Lead integration, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of Intercom, Airtable, Salesforce, Dialpad, Notion, Calendly, and other business systems
  • Maintain Spark’s core systems in alignment with organizational objectives, scalability requirements, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources and provide actionable insights
  • Manage complex data integration projects and ensure seamless data flow from external partners and systems
  • Serve as the internal expert for tools, system usage, troubleshooting, and process optimization
  • Lead creation, editing, and maintenance of documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deploy AI where it creates measurable leverage
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define problems and shape the process and AI investment roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of operations, consulting, or data experience
  • Expertise with Airtable, Salesforce, and/or Intercom
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, systems, AI, and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to real business problems, including automations, agents, LLM-based workflows, or AI features inside operational tooling
  • Strong track record of navigating and resolving intricate data and workflow challenges
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Influential cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into technical processes
  • Ability to continuously refine processes, adopt new technologies, and incorporate feedback
  • Independent and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Must work from an approved location within the U.S.; international remote work is not accommodated
  • Nice to have: experience with Airtable, Intercom, Salesforce, Dialpad, Google Sheets, and Notion
  • Nice to have: technical experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools
  • Nice to have: experience with AI APIs, agent frameworks, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Nice to have: experience with AI in a regulated environment, particularly healthcare
