Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a small team
Further develop collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Optimize the consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements under IFRS
Support integrated planning and forecasting for the international group
Provide financial oversight and a controlling function for smaller group companies
Develop analyses and commentary on business performance
Present and explain variances against plan as a basis for business decisions
Prepare rolling liquidity forecasts
Provide data for discussions with the executive management team
Establish and further develop closing and planning processes in the new consolidation tool with ERP interfaces
Further develop cross-functional KPI monitoring

What you’ll need

Completed degree specializing in Controlling or Finance, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional and management experience in Controlling within an international manufacturing company
Sound knowledge of Controlling and German GAAP (HGB)/IFRS
Proficient in external and internal accounting
Strong affinity for IT and technology
Experience with SAP CO/FI
Excellent MS Office skills
Highly proficient professional communication skills in German and English
Understanding of end-to-end processes and business relationships
Willingness to play a key role in driving change initiatives
Strong affinity for numbers, along with logical and analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team spirit
Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
