About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, design, and implement network and IT security projects for customers—from initial concept through ongoing operations
  • Configure and migrate firewall systems, switching environments, and WLAN infrastructures
  • Develop and implement VPN, routing, NAT, and access control concepts
  • Analyze security incidents and respond to security-related events
  • Support modern endpoint, network, and identity security solutions
  • Provide technical customer consulting both on-site and remotely
  • Independently manage small and medium-sized customer projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed IT training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in networking and IT security
  • Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, and WLAN
  • Experience with VPN technologies, network segmentation, and security concepts is a plus
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong customer focus
  • Class B driver's license
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites in the greater Munich area
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Microsoft 365) is a plus
