About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for strategic initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track project milestones and remove delivery blockers
- Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions
- Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and stakeholder and ELT sponsor updates
- Maintain project health metrics and identify and communicate potential issues or delays
- Support resource allocation planning and monitor project capacity across workstreams
- Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture lessons learned
- Initially manage sub-projects and workstreams under direct mentorship, progressing toward end-to-end ownership of independent projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related support role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required
- Experience with MS Office / Google Suite
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- CAPM, introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications preferred
