About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement a strategic vision for customer education programs and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Lead the conception, implementation, and oversight of customer education and operational training programs using diverse learning modalities and technologies
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align customer enablement initiatives with corporate priorities
- Establish KPIs and metrics to assess program efficacy and impact, refining programs using data-driven insights
- Establish scalable processes for delivering training and educational resources through in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, and self-paced learning platforms
- Cultivate continuous learning and development for customers and employees
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to customer education specialists, knowledge base administrators, instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry experts
- Advocate for customer education as a core organizational strategy at industry events, conferences, and forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer education programs that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and pioneering training methodologies
- Exceptional strategic acumen and analytical prowess, translating business imperatives into actionable customer enablement strategies
- Superlative communication and interpersonal skills, influencing and collaborating effectively across all organizational tiers
- Demonstrated capability to galvanize teams and nurture a culture of excellence, synergy, and perpetual improvement
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate complexity and drive transformation in a swiftly evolving business landscape
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth, with dedication to staying current on customer enablement trends and best practices
- Travel may be required for customer education, on-site training, or internal training purposes
- External candidates must be based in Florida, North Carolina, or Texas
