About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and maintenance of measurement frameworks for paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display
  • Help define and track KPIs aligned to campaign objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to cross-channel performance analysis and prepare recommendations for internal and client review
  • Support website measurement through tagging, tracking, and data quality checks
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and content engagement
  • Collaborate with development and strategy teams on tracking implementation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for internal teams and clients
  • Pull and synthesize data from media platforms, web analytics, and third-party vendors
  • Translate data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support data quality checks and flag reporting inconsistencies
  • Contribute data-driven input to campaign planning and test-and-learn initiatives
  • Stay current on digital measurement and privacy-first analytics trends
  • Build relationships with media and account teams as an analytics partner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematic, Data Science, or related major preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, paid media measurement, or marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
  • Exposure to media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Tealium
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
  • Basic SQL or data manipulation experience is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is a plus but not required
