About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess regulatory implications of new products, services, and business initiatives
  • Partner with product and business teams to embed compliance requirements from discovery through development
  • Identify compliance risks associated with existing or new offerings
  • Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
  • Review and validate commercial and communication materials for regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and guidance
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and other business teams
  • Provide actionable compliance guidance and support compliant processes and offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product compliance role within a financial institution, regulated fintech, payment institution, or e-money institution
  • Expertise working with card transactions, regulations and SEPA rules
  • Experience in advising business stakeholders on compliance matters
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to identify risks, exercise sound judgement, and formulate pragmatic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A rigorous, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Application and CV must be submitted in English
