Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making
Use AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Build analysis behind business cases supporting growth and operational excellence
Analyze servicing and collections performance, application funnels, and contact-center metrics
Build and maintain automated reports and data files for lending partners, investors, and vendors
Map partner requirements to company data and deliver reports on time
Maintain and extend data models in Snowflake and dbt
Support dashboards used by Operations leaders
Apply consistent key metric definitions, audit existing models, and reconcile company numbers against partner figures
Identify performance gaps, test hypotheses with data, and develop recommendations for leadership
Apply AI tools to analytics work, including AI-assisted dbt development and automated request triage
Partner with data engineering, product, and business teams to scope requests and deliver solutions

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Ability to manage own workload and deliver projects on time with minimal direction
Experience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment (nice to have)
Familiarity with Python or another programming language for data analysis (nice to have)
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have)
Master's degree in a related field (nice to have)
