About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive performance of quick service restaurants across the North East
  • Lead, coach and develop Area Coaches, including performance management
  • Ensure restaurants deliver high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, speed and accuracy
  • Use KFC Listens and Success Routines to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Own training, certification and development of restaurant management teams
  • Work with HRBP to deliver the bench plan and strengthen succession
  • Hold full P&L responsibility, driving sales and managing product, labour and controllable costs
  • Set market strategy and manage the overall budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies, audits and operational routines
  • Lead Period Business Reviews and Market Meetings
  • Build stakeholder relationships and represent the QSR division
  • Support additional strategic projects

Requirements
