About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape operational strategy across the hotel portfolio
Drive operational excellence through KPIs, data-led decisions and continuous improvement
Own hotel business plans and budgets, driving profitability and productivity
Challenge revenue and pricing strategies to maximise results and protect brand reputation
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and bring teams together around shared goals
Lead asset optimisation and capital planning, including space reconfiguration, outsourcing and CAPEX investment
Uphold brand standards and service excellence across the portfolio
Identify improvement opportunities and deliver action plans with hotel teams
Develop talent, leadership capability and succession planning
Foster accountability, inclusion and continuous development
Lead operational readiness for new hotel openings
Partner with Business Development to assess future growth opportunities
Oversee governance, risk management and compliance
Ensure legal, regulatory and internal standards are met and hotels are audit-ready
Champion innovation, technology adoption and best-practice sharing to improve operations, guest experience and productivity
Travel regularly across the hotel portfolio in a visible, field-based role

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years' experience in senior hospitality leadership roles
Ability to set direction, influence at executive level and translate business priorities into action
Strong understanding of hotel performance, profitability, revenue optimisation and sustainable growth drivers
Proven experience leading multi-property hotel operations
Ability to unite teams, build stakeholder relationships and influence effectively at all levels
Leadership style that develops talent, fosters accountability and creates a thriving culture
Continuous improvement mindset with confidence to challenge the status quo and embrace innovation
Ability to adapt quickly and make informed decisions in a dynamic hospitality business
Integrity, transparency and commitment to doing the right thing
