Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop high-quality cloud-native services within the Spotnana platform and products
- Ensure customer delight within the role's area of impact
- Promote best engineering practices and culture
- Conduct code reviews and implement test automation for assigned modules

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; exceptional candidates without formal education but with equivalent skills are encouraged to apply
- Experience in backend distributed server-side development within a cloud-native stack
- Experience building frameworks for consumption
- 8+ years of software development experience with products and/or SaaS services
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- 2+ years of software design and architecture experience
- Experience making sound technical decisions and trade-offs
- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience working across teams and projects
- Experience assembling and nurturing full-stack engineering teams
