About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the scientific foundations of a new generation of assessments and own the skills science principles governing measurement and signal discovery
Pioneer AI-powered assessment approaches, including conversational interviews and adaptive formats, and turn ideas into practical pilots
Define performance standards, scoring frameworks, golden examples and benchmarks for candidates and AI
Partner with the Data Science team to design evaluations connecting technical performance with psychological judgement
Lead ongoing validation to demonstrate reliability, fairness and predictive power as products evolve
Produce rigorous technical reports and manuals explaining and supporting product science
Use statistical analysis of assessment data to improve assessment design and scoring
Support client validation and research to demonstrate real-world assessment performance
Work directly with Co-Founder Nick Shaw to set the scientific direction for assessments
