About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary contact for drivers experiencing issues during night shifts
  • Listen to driver concerns, empathize, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Use company communication channels, including Slack, to tag appropriate dispatchers and drivers
  • Assist with load, receiver, and shipper issues after hours
  • Use the TMS to identify load numbers
  • Contact brokers to obtain necessary directions
  • Help drivers reach destinations smoothly and keep operations on track

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable using computer software tools
  • Understanding of basic logistics software solutions
  • Ability to think on your feet and address potential partner concerns effectively
  • Weekend shifts required
