About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategy and the analytical framework for growing and measuring Spring Health and Alma’s combined network of 40,000+ providers
- Determine where and how the provider network should grow while improving network efficiency and provider experience
- Define network-health frameworks and metrics, including supply-demand balance, capacity, utilization, retention, and provider satisfaction
- Translate network insights into priorities and actions that improve growth, access, provider experience, and efficiency
- Partner with Provider Operations, Product, Data, Clinical, Commercial, Data Science, and BI teams
- Set the Provider Operations analytical agenda and build forecasting, reporting, and insights to anticipate network needs
- Use AI and automation to accelerate analysis, reduce manual reporting, identify network opportunities, and increase strategic capacity
- Develop scalable analytical and predictive capabilities for network management
- Lead and develop three Senior Business Analysts
- Build proactive, scalable ways of working for a large and complex provider network
- Achieve provider growth and capacity targets in markets and segments where supply is most needed
- Improve supply-demand, capacity, utilization, access, provider retention, satisfaction, and network-efficiency metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, consulting, marketplace strategy, or a related field
- Strong experience with supply-demand strategy, capacity planning, forecasting, or network/marketplace optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear strategy, recommendations, and business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytical talent
- Strong AI fluency and ability to use AI and automation to improve analytical workflows, insights, and team productivity
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Looker
- Healthcare, provider network, or other complex marketplace experience preferred
