About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business impact for seven Platform Intelligence teams
- Lead and develop Product Managers across the Platform and Intelligence pillars
- Set standards for strategic thinking, solution definition, and cross-functional influence
- Build a cohesive PM organization able to navigate speed-versus-reliability tradeoffs
- Drive unified prioritization across transactional systems and AI/data capabilities
- Identify and champion platform and infrastructure investments that create competitive differentiation
- Align executive stakeholders across engineering, clinical, legal, and product leadership
- Translate technical constraints and opportunities into business language
- Ensure platform reliability and performance meet service-level standards
- Increase adoption of AI/ML and data platform capabilities and reduce time-to-ship
- Enable smarter, more personalized member experiences
- Ensure platform architecture remains flexible, composable, and adaptable to changing requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years leading and developing product management managers or directors
- Demonstrated success scaling product organizations across multiple teams or pods
- Proven track record building and scaling platform and infrastructure products, with a heavy focus on data and AI/ML platforms
- Ability to drive a unified roadmap and prioritization framework across core transactional/operational systems and emerging capabilities
- Strong track record influencing and aligning executive stakeholders across engineering, clinical, legal, and compliance
- Exceptional executive communication and ability to understand complex technical systems and translate tradeoffs and solutions to non-technical audiences
