About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary finance business partner to the Chief Customer Officer and leadership teams across Customer Success, Care Operations, Operations Intelligence, Global, Implementation, and Member Engagement Strategy
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting for the CCO organization
- Own monthly budget-versus-actual analysis and articulate performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
- Build and maintain financial models connecting operating drivers to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow outcomes
- Deliver forecasts and ad hoc analyses for business needs and strategic priorities
- Translate operating performance, customer trends, and priorities into financial insights and recommended actions
- Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Evaluate resource allocation, efficiency initiatives, and growth opportunities
- Identify, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows for forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, reporting, and financial analysis
- Track AI workflow adoption and impact on planning efficiency, reporting speed, forecast quality, and responsiveness
- Build scalable reporting and planning processes
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and data teams to maintain accuracy and alignment across systems
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting
- Own FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the company’s balance sheet and cash flow statement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience across FP&A, Accounting, Finance Operations, consulting, or related roles
- Significant experience leading transformation initiatives
- Experience serving as a finance business partner to senior executives
- Experience translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations
- Strong experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis in a complex or rapidly growing organization
- Ability to use AI and automation tools thoughtfully for financial analysis, workflows, and decision support with human review and validation
- Strong understanding of relationships among the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows
- Ability to operate across Finance, Accounting, Data, and business teams and influence decisions
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise insights and recommendations
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities
