About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a small Revenue Operations team while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor
  • Manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and integrations
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams to improve revenue generation
  • Lead revenue process improvement projects from ideation through execution
  • Own recurring reporting across sales and growth marketing, including pipeline reviews and leadership business reviews
  • Vet and select revenue technology tools and manage vendor transitions and implementations through go-live
  • Troubleshoot revenue-tool issues and support end users
  • Build and maintain automation for revenue processes
  • Own the commission process to ensure accurate and timely payment of sales representatives
  • Drive provider acquisition forecasting, goal setting, and planning
  • Own revenue data accuracy and infrastructure end to end, making data accessible through BI tools
  • Report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations
  • Occasional travel may be required for company or team events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or project management
  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Experience deploying Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, and field-level security
  • Experience building and maintaining automations
  • Expertise in revenue tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Salesloft preferred
  • Proven track record implementing sales strategies that optimize revenue generation processes
  • Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Workato
  • Fluency in SQL, including writing and troubleshooting data warehouse queries
  • Experience owning vendor relationships
  • Experience designing, improving, and implementing operational processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management skills
  • Current knowledge of revenue operations best practices and emerging trends
