About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate BI strategy into a prioritized, multi-quarter roadmap
  • Manage project intake and delivery in line with business priorities
  • Build strategic relationships and partner on high-priority executive initiatives
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale AI-enabled analytics and automation use cases
  • Advance predictive, prescriptive, and generative analytics, including forecasting, anomaly detection, risk scoring, recommendations, natural-language querying, AI copilots, and automated insights
  • Oversee data architecture, warehouses, models, semantic layers, metadata, and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Establish service levels, documentation, governance, quality, security, and compliance standards
  • Deliver executive dashboards, enterprise KPIs, self-service analytics, and near-real-time insights
  • Drive analytics adoption and improve decision-making across functions
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a global team of BI engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
  • Set team goals, build technical and AI capabilities, and support career growth
  • Own the BI technology stack, vendor strategy, modernization roadmap, budget, and resource planning
  • Improve delivery speed, platform performance, and reporting quality through agile practices, automation, and disciplined operating processes
  • Report to the Vice President of Business Intelligence
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or enterprise data management
  • At least five years leading technical teams and delivering scalable BI and analytics solutions in a high-growth, global software or SaaS environment
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Working knowledge of enterprise applications and data models, such as Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite
  • Experience establishing data governance and quality frameworks
  • Experience delivering measurable results through AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, or productivity improvements
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase BI programs, competing priorities, and budgets
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
  • Current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based
  • Must not require visa sponsorship or work authorization support
  • In-person interview required as part of the hiring process
