About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full lifecycle of Sprinklr projects, including business analysis, functional specification, system design, platform configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures
Integrate business needs with Sprinklr solutions by driving client discovery and gathering requirements
Provide social insights and recommendations supporting clients’ business practices
Design and configure Sprinklr solutions to meet requirements and client expectations
Identify and inventory customer process pain points and best-practice gaps
Analyze and diagnose client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships
Train and educate client users in a timely manner
Establish trusted relationships with client champions
Execute software deployments while anticipating future client needs and business requirements
Assist the Sales Team with new business growth
Identify, design, and develop practice assets and blogs, and participate in and present at industry events
Implement Sprinklr products and technology using independent judgment, company procedures, and Sprinklr methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in enterprise software, digital, or social account management or implementation
Fluency in German and English essential
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
Prior consulting experience or experience in larger enterprise environments
Experience defining business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Ability to motivate and focus resources with or without a direct reporting relationship
Experience and passion for the social media technology universe
Enthusiastic and professional, with a focus on customer success
Excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points
Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
Ability to travel up to 30% annually
Must have current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based
