About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own individual integrations strategy end-to-end, from pricing and packaging through distribution strategy and GA readiness
Manage ongoing relationships with cross-functional teams
Partner with Engineering to sequence integration investments and balance customer/revenue commitments with platform scalability
Define and execute platform-based integration strategies such as generalized APIs and connectors
Drive integration lifecycle management from alpha and beta through GA and post-launch scaling
Align strategic partners and key customers on roadmap, timelines, and requirements
Own permissioning, security, and licensing model decisions for packaged integrations
Build business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration investments
Establish kill criteria and proof points before scaling investment
Connect GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercial viability
Drive best-in-class product delivery and long-term scalability
Learn and shape Sprout’s integration ecosystem, roadmap, architectural decisions, and cross-team working cadences

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of PM experience in ecosystem or integration roles in a B2B product-driven SaaS environment
Proven success leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company
Experience collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders
Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones
Deep technical fluency in integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, and OAuth/permission models
Strong commercial judgment regarding product investment decisions
Written specifications, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, and proactive status communication
Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone
Candidates must be located in the United States; Sprout is not set up in all states
