About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain a modern web platform for ML data annotation
Take full ownership of features end-to-end, from API integration and state management to complex UI interactions
Develop greenfield features using Svelte and support legacy projects
Contribute to frontend architecture, conventions, and canvas-based interaction tooling
Work with high-performance frontend interfaces, interactive canvas tooling, and efficient data workflows
Produce quality code through small, reviewed pull requests, strict linting, type checks, component documentation, and architecture documentation
Collaborate within a small, tight-knit team using AI-assisted development practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of commercial software development experience
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and solid background with modern reactive frameworks like Svelte, React, or Vue
Proven track record in SPA architecture, complex state management, and REST API integration
Strong knowledge of modern CSS and Tailwind CSS
Hands-on experience with unit and browser testing methodologies
Proficiency with Git and standard developer workflows
Excellent written communication: reading and understanding context before writing code, asking clarifying scope questions, and taking review feedback constructively
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Good written and spoken English
