Key responsibilities & impact

Support consulting engagements from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, mobilisation, deliverable design, content development, risk management, escalation, and closure
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients, the Engagement Director, and the team
Develop plans to meet timelines and budget constraints
Analyse, assess, design, and deliver through-life Asset Lifecycle Management and Integrated Logistic Support strategies
Define asset strategies and manage asset portfolios using ISO 55000 principles
Develop Integrated Support Solutions using data analytics and lifecycle asset and condition data
Apply the ISO 19650 framework where relevant
Apply reliability, maintainability, and whole-life costing analyses to asset and support solution decisions
Develop and implement learning programmes, frameworks, and tools for organisational capability development
Integrate capability development into annual planning, talent strategies, and performance frameworks
Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and functional teams on capability initiatives
Identify follow-on work and new business opportunities
Contribute to sales and bid processes
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
Develop client relationships and promote Squarcle Consulting
Support internal staffing and performance management processes
Conduct performance reviews and annual appraisals
Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior clients
Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends
Identify improvement areas and develop innovative solutions
Ensure client satisfaction through communication and timely delivery
Refine Squarcle delivery frameworks and support recruitment and retention activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience working in a consulting environment, or equivalent
Track record of successful delivery of advisory or technology services in a consulting context
Strong programme delivery and management experience, including budgetary and resource oversight
Strong Integrated Logistic Support / Asset Lifecycle Management experience supporting the design and delivery of through-life support solutions
Sound knowledge and experience in ALM and supportability engineering
Practical application of reliability and maintainability methods
Familiarity with FMEA, FMECA, and RAM analysis
Knowledge and experience of ISO 55000 asset management principles, asset management systems, asset strategy definition, and asset portfolio management
Working knowledge of the ISO 19650 information management framework and its application across the asset lifecycle
Experience using data analysis to develop evidence-based, data-driven support options and solutions
Experience integrating asset information and condition data across the lifecycle into enterprise planning
Knowledge and practical experience of whole-life costing
Experience managing and influencing executive-level internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
Advanced communication, presentation, and IT skills
Flexibility to travel as needed to client site
UK residence for the last 5 years
Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) security clearance without restrictive caveats
Must disclose dual citizenship or nationality from another country
Must not require visa sponsorship
