About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a named portfolio of NetSuite implementation and consulting partners across Referral through Platinum tiers
  • Manage partner relationships end to end, including recruitment, onboarding, tier progression, joint pipeline, and QBRs
  • Own sourced and influenced pipeline and maintain clean attribution data
  • Co-sell with NetSuite direct by building relationships with NetSuite AEs and solution consultants
  • Recruit and build relationships with accounting advisory and finance transformation firms, including CAS practices and outsourced accounting teams
  • Develop private-equity channel relationships and portfolio-company standardization opportunities
  • Help scale outsourced delivery so certified partners can implement Charted themselves, including commercial terms, readiness standards, and partner qualification
  • Provide field intelligence on product gaps, competitive moves, and pricing friction
  • Analyze partner performance and diagnose barriers to growth such as enablement, economics, delivery confidence, or product knowledge
  • Run first meetings with top accounts and develop growth plans
  • Move partners up tiers and build repeatable co-sell motions with NetSuite representatives
  • Forecast new business using reliable partner attribution data
  • Report to the VP of Partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in partnerships, channel, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company
  • At least a few years owning revenue-carrying partner relationships, not just program operations
  • Direct experience in an ERP ecosystem (NetSuite strongly preferred)
  • Track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from a standing start, with numbers you can walk through
  • Comfort with finance and accounting workflows, including invoice approvals and three-way match
  • Experience negotiating partner agreements and margin structures with principals and C-level executives
  • Fluency in Salesforce
  • Low tolerance for dirty attribution data
  • Existing network inside the NetSuite partner community or NetSuite direct sales (bonus)
  • Experience with PE-backed or multi-entity customers (bonus)
  • Autonomous thinking and a proactive approach to customer relationships
  • Ability to create high quality, clearly written documentation
  • Highly responsive communication with customers and team members
  • Positive and collaborative interaction with team members
  • Commitment to continued personal growth and proactive contribution to company growth
  • Willingness to travel 15–25%, primarily to partner onsites, NetSuite field events, and industry conferences
