About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with enterprise customers across Singapore and APAC to implement, customize, and scale AI-powered search, RAG, and insights solutions
Conduct discovery, implementation, deployment, and ongoing customer support
Understand business challenges, data landscapes, and technical requirements
Translate business and data requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions
Configure and optimize AI-powered search and RAG platforms
Design and implement ingestion and integration pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data
Build custom components, integrations, and extensions using Python and JavaScript
Develop and customize LLM-powered applications and chat experiences
Configure enterprise search using technologies such as Elasticsearch and OpenSearch
Apply Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, NLP, and machine learning to improve search, retrieval, automation, and insight generation
Support deployments across Linux, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
Troubleshoot customer environments and support production deployments
Provide technical guidance and training
Partner with Product and Engineering teams on customer feedback, product improvements, reusable solution patterns, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar
Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or JavaScript and software development best practices
Experience with structured and unstructured data, including data ingestion, transformation, and integration
Experience with enterprise search technologies such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or similar platforms
Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI integration patterns
Experience designing, building, or deploying LLM-powered chat or search applications
Experience with REST APIs, backend integrations, and third-party systems
Familiarity with Linux environments and production troubleshooting
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as hybrid or on-premise environments
Strong communication and consulting skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to independently manage multiple customer engagements and technical workstreams
Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies, particularly RDF or SKOS, is nice to have
Experience with NLP, text analytics, semantic search, embeddings, or machine learning is nice to have
Familiarity with vector search, hybrid search, reranking, or modern retrieval architectures is nice to have
Experience in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or government is nice to have
Experience supporting customers across Singapore and APAC is nice to have
Experience with Squirro or other cognitive search / enterprise AI platforms is nice to have
