About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end software procurement and SaaS operations
- Evaluate IT vendors, products, services, and contracts
- Prepare and review RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
- Conduct procurement research, cost assessments, and vendor comparisons
- Support commercial negotiations and supplier selection recommendations
- Manage software renewals, licensing, and optimization initiatives
- Ensure procurement activities support cost efficiency, compliance, and operational requirements
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software procurement
- Experience with Software and SaaS procurement and management
- Knowledge of end-to-end software acquisitions, contract renewals, and license optimization
- Experience with vendor negotiations, vendor analysis, and cost assessments
- Experience preparing and evaluating RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
- Understanding of IT products and services, including software, SaaS, hardware, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, and IT services
- Ability to research suppliers, evaluate proposals, and recommend vendor selections
- Strong collaboration skills with IT, Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams
- Must provide work authorization/visa status in the USA
- Must provide current city and state of residence
