About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage data related to talent management, talent operations, and provider teams
  • Coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities on relevant talent technology
  • Lead the design and implementation of critical talent technologies through the full implementation lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot performance gaps and develop short-term and long-term solutions
  • Lead service delivery for system testing, technology-specific training, and implementations
  • Report on talent analytics, processes, and programs to organizational leaders
  • Present information to customers in clear, concise, and useful formats
  • Partner with strategic stakeholders to develop and implement programs to attract and retain quality talent
  • Consult with Talent leadership on system needs and data; interpret data, identify trends, gather market data, establish benchmarks, and create data visualizations
  • Manage relationships with centers of excellence and serve as a collaboration point of contact for Tier 2 functional areas
  • Act as the Talent subject matter expert to identify and implement stopgap solutions and provide long-term next steps
  • Leverage technology to enhance and automate processes
  • Engage the market to understand technological best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education
  • Five years’ experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, Talent Acquisition technologies, Talent Management systems, Performance Management systems, or HRIS/HCM platforms
  • Expert-level fluency with talent systems, including understanding system interfaces and proactively identifying issues
  • Experience with project management methodologies for technology design, testing, and deployment
  • Preferred experience with Workday
  • Preferred experience with Phenom
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Workday Reporting, or Excel Power Query
  • No professional license or certification required
