Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven background handling high-volume outbound calls, telemarketing, or patient scheduling outreach.
Bubbly, warm, energetic, and highly articulate over the phone with great interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience with VOIP phone systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
Meticulous attention to detail, proactive follow-up habits, and reliable attendance.
Full-time contractor position requiring 40 hours per week.
Availability Monday through Friday, 8-5pm PST.
