About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and execution of everyday and promotional pricing strategies across the Americas
  • Own inflation response analytical workstreams, including SKU-level price increase models and customer pricing files
  • Maintain and enhance Americas competitive price tracking and expand it to Canada and Latin America retailers
  • Support RGM and promotional effectiveness programs, including promo postmortems, leaders and bleeders analysis, ROI measurement, and competitor promo insights
  • Contribute to Price-Volume-Mix reporting, Power BI price performance tracking, methodology alignment, and monthly price insights
  • Identify SKUs for price uplift and flag leaders and bleeders by brand and customer
  • Apply SKU-channel price elasticity models to pricing and promotion decisions
  • Support elasticity integration into the Promotional Cost Review tool and RGM workflows
  • Support development and adoption of customer pricing tools, including SAP C11 visibility dashboards and price walk analyses
  • Identify pricing opportunities through discount outlier analysis and retail margin benchmarking
  • Maintain and improve the Promotional Cost Review process, including monthly SKU cost, price, and GTN% updates
  • Standardize promotional type and location capture at SKU level
  • Provide do-nothing volume suggestions based on POS price trend analysis
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, Category Management, and regional Pricing Leaders
  • Translate pricing strategy into day-to-day execution and deliver decision-ready insights
  • Report to the Americas Pricing Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Pricing and/or Commercial Finance, or a related analytical role
  • Solid understanding of pricing management concepts, including price waterfall mechanics, gross-to-net dynamics, RSA/GTN levers, promotional economics, and value-based pricing frameworks
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and resolve complex pricing requirements
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • High business acumen and collaboration with business leaders
  • Executive-level communication and reporting skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Tools or consumer product industry background preferred
  • Track record of contributing to growth and profitability goals
  • Ability to drive projects to completion within deadlines
  • Curiosity and desire to increase knowledge
  • Independent planning and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility in changing business conditions
