About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational support for marketing activities to achieve operating plans
  • Contribute to profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and new product plans for HTS across Industrial channels
  • Build and manage relationships with key cross-functional partners and decision-makers
  • Maintain open and prompt communication
  • Understand customer and sales objectives and priorities
  • Identify areas of alignment and opportunities for mutual benefit
  • Develop and deliver proposals and business plans meeting sales and customer needs
  • Set up and deliver presentations and other actions to enhance customer understanding of products and services and increase sales
  • Monitor sales, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes
  • Analyze performance trends to identify issues and opportunities
  • Work with sales teams to address customer concerns and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two plus (2+) years of Sales, Product, and/or Marketing experience
  • Record of demonstrated achievement supporting sales growth and margin accretion
  • BS or BA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Project management experience and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Conflict management and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical skills and understanding of Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, and other key business and financial metrics
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BW, Power BI, and Ariba is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
