Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a team of senior data analysts and data engineers
Oversee large-scale initiatives and vendor collaboration
Oversee multiple cross-functional, high-visibility analytics projects
Build relationships with Finance leadership to ensure financial applications meet functional requirements
Lead business requirements discussions and align analytics solutions with strategic priorities
Drive strategic company reporting initiatives through scalable analytics and business intelligence solutions
Lead the design and development of dashboards, visualizations and reporting tools
Translate business requirements into workplans and priorities for team members and contractors
Reduce manual processes through automation and standardized data
Enhance processes, standards and reporting practices for efficiency, scalability and exception handling
Mentor and coach analysts across functional domains
Direct external partners supporting data integrations and BI reporting solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field
7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or related analytical roles
2+ years of leadership experience managing teams, major projects or financial systems initiatives
Experience working with SAP Finance and related financial systems
Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience managing external contractors or vendors supporting BI reporting and analytics development
Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Python and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong initiative and willingness to solve complex challenges
