About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete four 6-month rotations across core finance functions over two years
Gain exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations/Supply Chain Finance
Complete an on-site experience at a manufacturing plant or distribution center
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities
Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and business performance reporting
Partner with finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial leaders
Develop insights and recommendations using financial data, business trends, and KPIs
Contribute to business-priority, process-improvement, and operational-efficiency projects
Prepare presentations and communicate findings to finance leadership and business stakeholders
Present rotation learnings, project outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership
Participate in structured learning, mentorship, and networking activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business Field
Prior internship(s) in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics
Willingness to rotate every 6 months to a new area within Finance and possibly a new location within the U.S.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including senior management
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
Willingness to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel
0–3 years of professional work experience, internship experience included
