About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day human resources operations for the Global Planning, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), OPEX, Product Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Development Centers of Excellence
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes and compliance activities
  • Coordinate and implement employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Support HR and COE leaders with workforce data collection, analysis, reporting, compliance documentation, and performance indicators
  • Facilitate communications, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance audits
  • Ensure adherence to EH&S and labor regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and escalating as needed
  • Identify process enhancements and support change management activities
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to apply HR policies and best practices consistently
  • Support recognition programs, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 1 year supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics functions
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including supply planning and manufacturing or distribution
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate independently
  • Resourceful with the ability to find solutions through internal and external channels
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and championing continuous improvement
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
