  • Support annual strategic planning and translate priorities into actionable business plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, commercial strategy, sales, or related roles within consumer durables, tools, or similar industries
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements in a matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Experience building partnerships across cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
