About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing strategies
- Plan, analyze, execute, and monitor bi-annual customer price increases
- Maintain customer indexing programs and index-based pricing models
- Analyze strategic price pruning and margin improvement opportunities across SKUs
- Support customer-specific and product line pricing strategies
- Support tariff recovery pricing initiatives and margin protection
- Conduct pricing analysis covering profitability, price realization, customer performance, product mix, and market trends
- Collaborate with Finance on pricing action impacts, margin performance, forecasting, and planning
- Maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators
- Recommend continuous improvements to pricing tools, methodologies, analytics, and processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and leadership
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, business analysis, product management, or a related function
- Ability to speak and be proficient in English
- Working knowledge of pricing strategy, margin management, segmentation, portfolio optimization, customer indexing, and financial analysis
- Ability to translate market, cost, customer, and index data into actionable pricing recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple levels and functions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP, BI, pricing, or analytics systems
