About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the lifecycle of procurement systems, including P2P, sourcing, contract, supplier, catalog, and spend analytics systems
Lead systems work from requirements and design through roadmap execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
Translate business needs into system configuration for workflows, approvals, roles, catalogs, integrations, and reporting
Maintain process maps, runbooks, user guides, and other system documentation
Manage backlog, cross-functional coordination, and vendor partnerships for integrations, data feeds, and incident resolution
Track adoption, cycle time, exception rates, data quality, and compliance, and report progress
Own the spend analytics platform and operating model, including taxonomy, classification standards, and data quality direction
Direct offshore data management work on gap resolution, unmapped suppliers, and miscategorized transactions
Deliver supplier concentration, price and volume movement, tail spend, and maverick spend insights as recommendations and savings hypotheses
Drive the analytics roadmap and build and maintain views and opportunity pipelines with vendors and the offshore team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in procurement operations, systems, or source-to-pay
Hands-on experience configuring or administering at least one major procurement platform, such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, or comparable
Working knowledge of spend analytics, including taxonomy, supplier normalization, spend cubes, and category reporting
Ability to plan with leadership and execute in systems alongside users and technical partners
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations, brief leadership, and train end users
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or equivalent practical experience
Experience leading a system implementation, major upgrade, or process redesign from requirements through adoption
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, middleware, file feeds, identity/access, SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Experience managing classification rules, exception queues, and data quality SLAs on a spend analytics platform
