About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Commercial and HR business leaders to assess learning needs and skill gaps
- Develop and manage the end-to-end learning portfolio aligned with business objectives
- Design, co-develop, and coordinate training programs for commercial learning profiles
- Source, curate, and develop training content with subject matter experts
- Identify, onboard, and manage facilitators
- Facilitate training sessions and support engagement and knowledge transfer
- Plan and execute training schedules, logistics, and communications
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics
- Continuously improve training offerings using data analysis and stakeholder input
- Manage learning management systems and maintain training records and documentation
- Travel approximately 20% of the year to support commercial learning events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in organizational Learning & Development, with a focus on sales enablement
- Ability to build relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts and drive alignment for learning initiatives
- Instructional design and content development expertise
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Project management and execution proficiency
- Data analysis and continuous improvement skills
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
- Able to travel approximately 20% of the year
