About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as trusted advisor to the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and senior leadership team
  • Lead the integrated communications strategy for Global Supply Chain
  • Drive organizational and cultural transformation communications aligned with business and growth priorities
  • Build and lead a high-performing communications team
  • Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen alignment and support change initiatives
  • Measure and refine communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics
  • Develop thought leadership content for social media and conference presentations
  • Create internal narratives and lead large-scale change and engagement efforts
  • Oversee communication channels and forums, including plant leader meetings, quarterly town halls, and employee events
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Investor Relations, and Government Relations on integrated communication solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields within a complex, global, industrial organization
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders
  • Considerable exposure to global supply chain organizations
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills
  • Strong business and industrial acumen
  • Experience supporting global supply chain functions and transformation initiatives
  • Success developing and executing strategic communication and change management strategies
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience communicating with office-based professionals and deskless or factory-based employees
  • Exceptional writing, editing, content development, and storytelling skills
  • Experience applying contemporary digital communication tools and practices
  • Strong execution, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20–40% of the time
  • Accessibility to East Coast hub locations is required
