About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements
Identify and fill product gaps and generate ideas to improve customer experience
Translate product goals into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
Prioritize user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
Refine and update user stories based on feedback and evolving priorities
Maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog
Develop release plans that minimize disruption and maximize release value
Coordinate release processes, define release scope, and ensure documentation
Work with development and quality assurance teams to resolve testing and post-release issues and bugs
Facilitate alignment between sales, customer success, development, marketing, and internal or external teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of software (SaaS) product management experience in construction, fabrication, mining, or similar industrial environments preferred but not required
Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize, plan, meet difficult deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in problem solving and creative thinking
Ability to foster a collaborative and transparent environment
Ability to facilitate communication between sales, customer success, development, marketing, and other teams
Experience working with Product Management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
Up to 50% travel, as needed
