About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage relationships with buyers and procurement teams at construction companies
- Monitor customers’ journey on Sienge Obra Hub
- Support the activation, adoption, and recurring use of the platform
- Provide consultative support throughout procurement processes, from issuing requests for quotation and analyzing responses to negotiations and purchase orders
- Identify challenges, opportunities, and needs among construction companies
- Drive action plans to increase engagement, recurring usage, and the results generated by the platform
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data teams
- Bring the buyer’s perspective and market feedback to help drive the evolution of Sienge Obra Hub
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably at construction companies or businesses in the construction industry
- Experience with quotation, negotiation, and supplier contracting processes
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operations and construction-site supply routines
- Knowledge of quotation comparison spreadsheets, bid equalization, purchase orders, and supplier management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative approach to interacting with buyers, procurement teams, and different areas within construction companies
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile
- Ability to monitor KPIs, manage a customer portfolio, and independently execute action plans
- Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems
- Experience with Sienge, Power BI, B2B marketplaces, automation, or Artificial Intelligence is a plus
