About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the monthly closing process by consolidating reports and creating graphical presentations
- Process and generate data outputs using BI tools, especially Power BI
- Monitor the budget based on general ledger accounts and cost centers, comparing Budget vs. Actuals vs. Forecast
- Support the management and monitoring of HR metrics, including vacancy tracking, performance indicators, and actual vs. budgeted headcount
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
